Google Play Search categorized as Google Play Explore traffic

Google Play Search traffic was mostly switched to Google Play Explore traffic in the reports provided by the Google Play Console. This confused some devs, and Google came with some official clarifications: Starting with February 20, 2023, categorical searches (for example, a search for 'action games') will be categorized as Google Play Explore traffic rather than Google Play Search traffic in Play Console reporting.

Use AI to generate app icons with DALL-E, Adobe Firefly & IconifyAI

One of the challenges of mobile app developers is creating the app/game icon that needs to be used on Google Play or iOS Appstore. The game icon is one of the most important elements of your appstore listing. Most apps or games are discovered by users searching in Google Play's library for particular keywords or casually browsing. That's why game icons are important, as it's the first thing users see. Using Adobe Firefly or DALL-E you can create amazing app/game icons.

Free Roblox redeem codes & free Roblox items (September 2024)

Use this page to get Active Roblox Promo Codes. Roblox promo codes can be used to redeem Robux currency or virtual items and are given away during official Robux events or giveaways. I'm used to playing games from the good'ol'time of Arcade, thus I have to admit that Roblox is of no interest to me. I still don't understand what the fuss is, but I guess the most attractive part is the social side it offers. The ability to use it as your own engine to create games and interact with your friends in the world you've created. Maybe the fact that a lot of the popular mini-games included in it are also clones of other games that have been ported into it. One thing is for sure, the game is popular among users of a certain age, I'd say peaking in between 10-14. Am I right visitor?

17 features Android 13 is worth upgrading to

Android 13 was released almost a month ago. To be honest beta versions were available for devs prior to that, but the final version was released on August 15th, 2022. Obviously, consumers using Google's own device line, Pixels, already received the OS update. Later this year they'll start the rollout to Samsung, Asus, Motorola and the rest of them. While there are a lot of new features included, here's are the top ones that raise interest with Android 13:

The new Google Play badges are here

If you're an Android dev and have your app published on Google Play, you should have been notified by now that they've released new Google Play badges. If you use those badges externally, it's mandatory to switch to the new ones according to their guidelines. The refreshed badges basically just feature the new Google Play logo, so it's not a drastic change.

Art of Conquest Redeem Codes (September 2024)

Are you familiar with a "little" Android game called Art of Conquest? If you've played it you know by now that I'm joking, because this games seems like a black hole in terms of advancing, there's always another higher tier to achieve. Anyway, the devs behind Art of Conquest regularly post redeem codes on their Facebook page that easily allows players to redeem wood, gold, blood diamonds, soulfire and other exclusive items such as their in-game currency called Linari.

MapDala: make art with maps

What I like most about MapDala is the unique idea behind it. MapDala is the only app of this kind (that I know of) that allows you to create beautiful works of art using maps and the nature elements you find on maps. And, drumrolls, NO ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO USE IT. That's why it fits me perfectly. If you look at the most popular apps on Google Play you'll barely find a few that truly have been built on a unique idea. Most of them are just variations of older or other apps (i.e. Facebook vs MySpace, Instagram vs Flickr, TikTok vs Youtube and so on) and the list could go on. That's why I like developers that take on a unique idea and try to build something beautiful around it.
