It’s that time of year again! The leaves are changing color, the weather is getting cooler and Halloween is almost here. I do enjoy Halloween though this year the scare is almost… nuclear. Anyway, it’s sometimes good to have some fun and clear your mind from the pressure of the current times. Don’t think about the costs of the energy for this winter nor what type of winter will it be (hopefully not nuclear) and instead try to be positive. So, if you’re looking for some fun and free Android games to get you into the Halloween spirit, we’ve got just the list for you. Sit back, relax and enjoy our top picks for the 10 best free Halloween games for Android.

Rovio launched last year right around Halloween a specially themed Angry Birds Seasons version, the Haunted Hogs. I’m fairly confident this year they’ll make it available again, around October 23rd. In Angry Birds Seasons: Haunted Hogs!, you had to help the birds destroy all the ghosts in each level using their special abilities. The game featured over 120 spooky levels, as well as bonus stages that could be unlocked by collecting hidden pumpkins. Plus, there were plenty of achievements to earn and leaderboards to climb for extra challenge. Right now there isn’t a direct link to it, just to the regular game, but I’ll update it when it becomes available: Angry Birds Seasons on Google Play.
