How it works:
1) Download the app to your mobile phone.
2) Open the app and enter your mobile phone number.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you correctly enter your mobile number, otherwise the app will not work.
3) The app will find and mark all the international contacts in your existing mobile phone address book, assign dedicated local US numbers for each one, and save them under a “Comfi” label.
4) After you open your app, you can call your contacts from either the “Contacts”, “Direct Dial”, or the “Keypad” tabs.
IMPORTANT: Do not dial with your iPhone or Android keypad. If you are using the Keypad, make sure it says “Call with comfi” next to the call button or else you will be charged by your mobile phone provider for the international call.
-The “Contacts” tab in your app will show you all the international contacts which were marked.
-The “Direct Dial” tab will show your existing assigned dedicated local US numbers.
-The “Keypad” tab lets you dial any international number through the app, even if it is not saved into your address book.
6) You can view your Account Balance, Add Credit, Setup Auto Refill, or Register a Credit Card in the “Account” tab. There, you can also contact Customer Service via email, if you have any questions or need assistance.
